High Volume Pop-up
The High Volume Pop-up is a normal pop up that occurs as part of a security measure required by law for each tablet - it is not related to your BetterGuide App.
When the auxiliary cord is plugged into the tablet, the tablet recognizes this cord as a headset and may display a warning that “Listening to volume is at 100% could damage your ears”. This presents no damage to you as the AmpCoil System is not using a headset but rather utilizes an auxiliary cord.
The BetterGuide App may then prompt you to check to make sure that the media volume is at 100% to receive optimal frequency delivery. Please continue to follow the steps when this pops up.
Media Volume Pop-up
The Media Volume pop up may occasionally prompt you to check to make sure that the Media Volume is at 100% to receive optimal frequency delivery. This is a random pop-up. If it happens, please follow the steps outlined in the BetterGuide that accompanies the pop-up. It will take you to the volume controls where you can determine if the Media Volume has fallen below 100%. If it has, then slide the volume back up to 100% and follow the instructions to back out of the settings. There are times when the Media Volume will prompt and will then show 100% in settings. If this happens, simply back out of Settings following the instruction pop-up.
